1. Product Overview and Usage

Our Microcurrent Life Powerbank Wrist Band is a wearable wellness device designed to deliver low-level electrical microcurrent to targeted wrist areas to support relaxation, stress reduction, or temporary relief of mild discomfort.

Important Notes:
• This product is not a medical device unless specifically registered under the Medical Device Authority (MDA) Malaysia.
• The wrist band is intended for general wellness use only and does not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Users with pacemakers, implanted electrical devices, pregnancy, epilepsy, or heart conditions should consult a healthcare professional before use.
• Do not use the device on open wounds, broken skin, or metal implants in the treated area.
• The product should be used according to the instruction manual provided by the manufacturer.

2. Product

2.1 Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty of up to 90 + *90 days from the date of purchase against:
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Internal component malfunction under normal usage conditions.

2.2 Warranty Does Not Cover:
• Normal wear and tear (e.g. strap discoloration, minor cosmetic issues).
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, or exposure to water beyond rated resistance.
• Consumables (microcurrent core) unless found defective at purchase.
• Any product with a tampered or missing serial number or warranty seal.

2.3 Warranty Claim Procedure:

2. Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.

3. Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:
• The product is defective on arrival, damaged in transit, or not functioning as described.
• The return request is submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3.2 Conditions for Return:
• The item must be in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals intact.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
• Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, except for verified manufacturing defects or wrong item delivered.

3.3 Refund Process:
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after inspection.
• Refund value may be adjusted for missing components or damages due to customer mishandling.

3.4 Non-Returnable Items:
• Products showing signs of wear, misuse, water damage, or physical alteration.
• Opened personal-use hygiene products (e.g., wristbands that have been worn for extended testing).
• Products sold under “clearance”, “as-is”, or “demo unit” terms.

4. Regulatory & Safety Compliance

• For units registered under MDA Malaysia, registration numbers will be stated on the packaging or product label.
• For general wellness units (non-medical), the product complies with Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and EMC standards, where applicable.
• All products are RoHS-compliant and CE/FCC-certified (where applicable).

Consumers are advised to verify MDA registration through the Medical Device Authority public search portal (https://mdar.mda.gov.my/) for confirmation if purchasing a medically certified model.

This policy operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) and other applicable e-commerce and product safety regulations. Consumers retain all statutory rights provided under Malaysian law.
