Cancellation Policy

At Blive120, we want you to be satisfied with your microcurrent product purchase. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully.

1. Cancellation by Customers

  • You may cancel your order within 2 days (48 hours) of placing it, provided the product has not yet been shipped.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately at contactblive120@gmail.com.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • If you receive the product and wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a small restocking fee may apply if the product is opened.

3. Exchange / Replacement

  • If your microcurrent product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos or videos) of the issue.

4. Cancellation by Blive120

  • We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen issues.

  • In such cases, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.
